Click on the Software you'd like to download.  All are self-extracting archives and will automatically install when executed.  With Internet Explorer, Click on 'Run from current location' or 'Open'  to install to your computer.  Windows VISTA and Windows 7 users - You must save the file to your desk top and then select 'Run as Administrator'.

1.  The new John Hancock has specific issues with Windows Vista and Windows 7.  If you're using VISTA or Windows 7 and do not currently have Hansel ver. 9 or newer installed, CALL HANCOCK for instructions. They also have special installation instructions for Vista and Windows 7 posted...

  • After clicking on the link, do not choose “Run”. Please select “Save” and save the file to your desktop.
  • After the file has been saved, right click on it and choose “Run as Administrator”. This will install Hansel

2.  The unlock code for all the new Genworth software products is LTCM.  The New Software uses Winflex.  If you have Winflex already loaded (It's currently being used for Mutual of Omaha LTC) you need to do the online update for it before installing the Genworth Product Files.  Please refer any problems directly to Genworth.

3.  The Metlife Software requires an installation code the first time it is installed.  The code is MLIIDN  (all in caps)
