Click on the Software you'd like to download.  All are self-extracting archives and will automatically install when executed.  With Internet Explorer, Click on 'Run from current location' or 'Open'  to install to your computer. 

1.  The new Genworth TLC is a UL product and requires the installation of the Life product files for winflex.  After installation, make sure you do an internet update in winflex to pick up the latest updates.

2.  The new John Hancock has specific issues with Windows Vista.  If you're using VISTA and do not currently have Hansel ver. 9 or newer installed, CALL HANCOCK for instructions.

3.  The unlock code for all the new Genworth software products is LTCM.  The New Software uses Winflex.  If you have Winflex already loaded (It's currently being used for Mutual of Omaha LTC) you need to do the online update for it before installing the Genworth Product Files.  Please refer any problems directly to Genworth.

4.  The Metlife Software requires an installation code the first time it is installed.  The code is MLIIDN  (all in caps)
